SPECIAL ORDERS Special Orders are items not normally carried in inventory by jeepsandstuff.com or by our distributors. These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you when available. In some cases the item (such as hardtops, hard upper doors, etc.) may have to be manufactured before shipping resulting in a lengthy delay. jeepsandstuff.com has no control over the shipping date and does not receive timely tracking information. Although we follow up on the item to obtain this information, we sometimes receive the information after the purchaser has received the item. SPECIAL ORDERS are not refundable. REFUND POLICY We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will refund your purchase if returned within 30 days from date of shipping. All returns that are not the result of an error by jeepsandstuff.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the initial shipping and handling charges and for the return shipping to our warehouse. Please obtain a return authorization by e-mail to the above address. The product should be returned in the original package and packing materials. Returns should be in "Off the shelf condition", in the original package and non-installed. Anything that has been drilled, modified or installed will not be allowed to be returned. Electrical parts, body parts (tubs, fenders, hoods) and special orders are non-refundable. All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Any obviously damaged packages should be refused. If you are not there at the time of delivery, call the carrier as soon as possible to report the damage and have them pick the package up. Notify us and we will re-ship your product. If an item has to be reshipped to you, you will be charged for the new item and credit will then be given when we receive the first item back. Warranty Information WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE. Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, jeepsandstuff.com, hereby disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Manufacturers shall be the sole judges of all warranties. Any warranty returned to the seller by the manufacturer will be returned and re-billed to the customer. Time limits set by manufacturer regarding warranty period will prevail. All items that have been painted are non-returnable. jeepsandstuff.com is NOT responsible for return freight on warranty items. WARRANTY RETURNS. Defectives must be shipped prepaid and accompanied by either a completed manufacturer's warranty tag or one provided by jeepsandstuff.com. Product must be shipped in its original box including packing and protective materials. If product is not shipped with its original packaging, jeepsandstuff.com reserves the right to deny credit. Customers that return product claiming it is defective which is later classified by the manufacturer as non-defective will be assessed a 25% re-stocking and freight charge fee. Warranties, when accompanied by the proper RGA information, will not be assessed a handling charge. Warranty return goods authorizations are void 30 days after issue. Any open charges as a result of this policy must be cleared before any future shipments can be processed. Refused Orders If you refuse order delivery for any reason other than freight damage you will be subject to a $25 minimum handling charge . Special order refusals will be subject to a 50% handling charge not to be less than $50. Image and Typographical Errors We check our information carefully before updating our web site.
